    Monday, October 21 (5:00-7:00 p.m.)

    Join us for a unique opportunity this fall to connect, network, and showcase your company at our tabletop event. Our tabletop showcase offers a small setting where companies can interact directly with attendees, share their products or services, and engage in meaningful conversations with potential customers. This event only happens every 3 years, so do not miss out on this opportunity. This will take place on Monday, October 21st during the evening reception from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

  • SEICA's Golf Tournament

    Monday, October 21 at 10:30 a.m.

    SEICA’s Golf Tournament will be taking place on Monday, October 21st starting at 10:30 a.m. at the Old White Course. The cost for golf is $630 which includes a forecaddie fee, golf cart, boxed lunch and prizes. Players will be responsible for gratuity after the round. Rental clubs can be obtained from the course for $105 plus taxes, please check this box when you register for the event.

  • Optional Bunker Tour

    Monday, October 21 at 10:30 a.m.

    SEICA has organized an optional Bunker Tour on Monday, October 21st from 10:30 a.m. -12:00 p.m. Purchase your tickets online through the SEICA member store here. Separate fee is required. Please review all Bunker Tour Policies and Rules here.

Transportation

Greenbrier Valley Airport (LWB) is served by American Airlines and operated by Contour, and tickets are currently available for purchase at contourairlines.com. Other airports convenient to The Greenbrier include Roanoke, VA (ROA), Charleston, WV (CRW) and Beckley, WV (BKW) with service provided by major carriers.

  • Self-parking is available and complimentary

  • Valet parking is available with unlimited in and out privileges for
    $30/per night/per vehicle.

Room Rates

SEICA has blocked rooms at The Greenbrier at a discounted rate. The rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rates are exclusive of tax and service fees. The resort fee charge is $35 per room per day.

Available Room Types:

  • Traditional Rooms: $319 (excludes taxes and fees)

The reduced resort fee is $35.00 per room per day and includes morning coffee services, afternoon tea and concert, historical tours and presentations, fitness center, resort-wide Wi-Fi, use of indoor and outdoor pools, hiking trails and on-property transportation.

The Greenbrier has many time-honored traditions, and the dress code is an integral part of the resort experience. Guidelines may vary from dining venues to activities. Please click here to view the complete guideline and detailed dress code.

  • Online reservations can be made by clicking here. Rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • If you would like to make your reservation over the phone, please call please call 844-735-2017, press option 2, and mentioning SEICA. 

  • Check-in is after 4:00 p.m.

  • Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

  • Cancellations must be made 14 days before arrival, or you forfeit your deposit. A 1-night deposit is required.

SEICA’s 75th Anniversary Golf Shirt

SEICA is offering a special 75th Anniversary golf polo shirt. This TravisMathew polo is available in classic blue heather and is lightweight, moisture-dispersing, and wrinkle-resistant. The polo comes in men sizes (S-3XL) and women’s sizes (S-2XL) on the SEICA membership website here. Shirts are $80 (inclusive of taxes, fees, and shipping).

Join us as we kick off the meeting and continue SEICA’s 75th Anniversary celebration by honoring our Past Presidents. This dedicated group has helped lead and shape SEICA over the years, and we truly appreciate their support of the industry and association. We will recognize them with a small token of our appreciation during this special session.
